SINO-THERM Non-Formaldehyde Duct Wrap is a lightweight, flexible and highly resilient insulation material made of long fibers bonded by thermoset resin. These duct wraps offer one if not the highest thermal insulation ratings in the industry, by rated thickness,   and excellent   sound absorption properties. These products are available faced or unfaced with a variety of materials including FSK and other approved materials which are applied online to insure consistent quality. SINO-THERM packaging is designed robustly to insure the products reach project sites in good shape even after going through the long distribution chain.  The quality of the fiber in SINO-THERM Duct Wraps is very much favored by installers with minimal dust, short of getting branded – Dust-Free, minimizing the risk of itching during installation.

SINO-THERM Non-Formaldehyde Duct Boards are made of high-density fibers bonded by thermoset resin, offering a strong structure with excellent thermal insulation and sound absorption properties. These are used to make air ducts, replacing the conventional sheet metal ducts which require outer insulation and internal lining for sound absorption. The inner surface of the duct boards are lined with customer-specified facing materials.

SINO-THERM Non-Formaldehyde Pipe Wraps are made of high-density fibers, for the insulation of heated and chilled mechanical and process pipes. Pipe wraps are split longitudinally to provide ease of application, and are supplied faced with FSK or ASJ. 

As the demand for environmentally-safe insulating materials is finding acceptance, more variety of products are being developed to fill customer demands.
